I've had an amazing time at University of Liverpool International College, full of happiness and success. There is a lot of support from the staff if any student needs help. My favourite thing has been the celebrations at the College for the National Day of Kuwait!

The Student Services team at the College are incredibly helpful. When I needed help with finding healthcare, they ensured that I knew what to do. I also got to experience many fun things because they get you involved in many activities at the College.

Pre-arrival support

Student support starts before you have even arrived in the UK. Our staff can offer advice about applying for a visa, and will be ready to answer any queries you have about the process or about life in the UK. You’ll also receive a pre-arrival guide, packed with useful information and tips.

At the airport

The College staff will do everything possible to ensure you feel comfortable, safe and happy when you arrive in the UK. They can arrange to pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to your accommodation, giving you one less thing to worry about.

Once you have accepted your offer to study with us, you can book your airport transfers by filling in the form in the pre-arrival area.

Welcome Week

You’ll have a busy first week, meeting teachers and other College staff, and being shown around the University campus and its facilities. You’ll also meet other international students, so it’s a great chance to make friends. In addition, you’ll receive help with practical matters such as setting up a bank account and making sure you are registered with a local doctor.

Social activities

Frequent activities are a staple of College life, and the College Support Services team put on a variety of events for students. You can visit galleries and museums, go see football matches, experience cultural food nights and even join in karaoke sessions – all great ways to socialise and meet new people.

Accommodation

You can stay in Kaplan Living Liverpool, which is part of the College building itself. It’s a really convenient option, and the stylish, modern accommodation will give you the chance to experience life as a University of Liverpool student. You can easily find shops, restaurants and attractions close by. Find out more about our excellent housing on the accommodation page.
