Liverpool is packed with culture. It has more museums and art galleries than any other UK city outside of London, such as the Tate Liverpool and its world-famous collection of modern art. Liverpool’s 6 theatres host fantastic performances through the year, continuing the city’s long history of performing arts.

A UNESCO World City of Music, Liverpool hosts a number of exciting festivals like the Liverpool International Music Festival and Liverpool Sound City. The world-class Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra gives around 70 concerts every year. Liverpool is also the hometown of the most influential rock band of all time – The Beatles.

One of the best things about Liverpool are the beautiful historic places you can visit, like the Royal Liver Building and Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.
