Pace’s student residence halls are located either on the campus, or within easy walking distance of the University, in the safe, desirable Financial District area. These residences offer modern accommodations with plenty of communal spaces for hanging out with friends.

My residence hall has a comfortable study lounge, a kitchen with everything I need, and lots of free laundry machines. I even have access to a gym at any time of day with my student ID. It only takes me 5 minutes to walk to campus, so it's really convenient.

Live with an American family

Kaplan students can also choose a homestay. You can live with a local family in Brooklyn or another New York borough, within easy reach of Manhattan and the University. Homestays provide an excellent opportunities to learn more about American culture, while also helping you improve your English. You will have a fully furnished private bedroom and shared bathroom, and a separate study space with internet. You can choose meal options that include breakfast and dinner, or breakfast only.
