International Foundation Programme cost of living

Studying abroad anywhere is a big investment, and it’s not just your tuition fees you need to consider. You’ll need to think about and prepare for things like accommodation costs and living expenses.

The information here aims to help you understand the costs of studying abroad a bit better. The figures listed below are for the 2020-21 academic year.

† This includes a £250 deposit for your accommodation. This will be returned to you in full when you move out of your room, on the condition that you leave it in good condition with no damage, and that there are no accommodation penalty charges to pay.

Accommodation costs

Living expenses

You will need at least £1,015 for each month of your pathway course, in keeping with UKVI regulations. Contact us for more information.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you have comprehensive insurance to cover you during your studies. We can offer you EduTravel insurance for your University of Bristol pathway course. If you request this, we will gladly add the EduTravel policy to your study package.
